| Extended application deadline – self-funded students (no tuition fee) | 15/04/2026, 11.59 pm (UTC) | Deadline without the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship (self-funded students). Self-funded students do not need to pay tuition fees (zero Euro tuition) to complete the iPSRS Master program and will receive health insurance coverage from the program. However, they must cover accommodation, transportation, meals and other living expenses. |
| Notification of Ineligibility | From 15/01/2026 to 25/03/2026 | Ineligible applicants (for administrative issues or weak academic background) are notified at the time of the first selection committee review after the eligibility check and provided information on the appeal procedure. Due to the large number of applications, no personalized feedback on weaknesses of the application is provided. |

Applicants who were contacted for interview must send certified and translated copies of their diploma and transcripts to iPSRS consortium by the 30th of March 2025. Non-successful applicants can appeal of the selection committee decisions. Only aggregated statistics on applicants and selected students are published to ensure confidentiality of applicants. Original certificates of admission are sent to successful applicants. |
