During the January 2026 SLEIGHT event organized by Manutech Sleight, at Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne, the voices we heard were clear, confident, and inspiring.
The women students of iPSRS spoke not only about photonics and technology, but about belief, ambition, and responsibility. They encouraged young women to trust their abilities, to step into STEM fields without hesitation, and to see themselves as future leaders.
